Just got email 20 minute ago (11:32pm midnight) that my I-485 card
production ordered. It seems NSC IOs are really working hard to eliminate
the backlog and even at night.

Really a long journey but finally it is done. Here share my info with
everyone here:

EB-2 PERM
PD: 10/2005
I-140 RD: 02/2006
I-140 AD: 02/2007
I-485 RD: 06/2007

EB-3 RIR:
PD: 02/2004
I-140 RD: 06/2007
I-140 AD: 12/2008

I-485 RFE twice in 03/09 and 04/09 asked for copy of ID and employment
letter (due to moving to different state). the last RFE response was
received on 4/30.

Sent letter to CIS to transfer the earlier PD in January. Also asked local
congressman for help, but not sure if it helped. I also made several phone
calls to NSC. Some IO were very nice to send emails to Adjudicating Office
to transfer PD. (Some IO even did not know PD is transferable). Called
several times and finally confirmed that PD is transferred and all I-140s
are in one file.

One of IO was very nice and she even checked the location of my file after
REF response was received on 4/30. And she found that my file was in a
holding area out of tracking. So she sent email to contractors (they do the
file transfer among different units, workload distribution and officer's
desk). She also checked with the IO who in charge of my case and called me
back to tell me that the IO was on vacation for several days and that's why
my file was pending for more than three weeks after RFE response was
received.

I have several baozi to distribute but not many.
