how do you average? e.g., in order for CAF to become 6%, what its price
should be?

With 20% discount in caf, US mkt is predicting $SSEC may reach about 2700.

*I think $SSEC 2500 will hold.

*CEF sometimes give u unbelievable price/discount. It is hard to say when
and what price. But I will shoot caf for another 3 batch to become about 5%,
that is all I know if $SSEC continue the slide to 2500. Each time, I hope
caf is discounting $SSEC at or below 2500.

Look at the history chart of China Market. The bear market could be very
long. I would like to buy on the uptrend, and I am not afraid to miss the
ride.

China stock market has such a short history...

The former bear market is too long due to lack of confidence in the
mechanism of the stock market. If people believe our stock market is
becoming mature, there shouldn't be a very long bear market after the bubble
is squeezed out.

I am selling into this rally/bounce.
Cutting stamp tax rate will help the mkt in short term. Longer term, it has
no impact.
My most concern now is the ill proscribed energy policy in China. It is a
time bomb. It is much much worse than that food for fuel program in US. Yet it should be quite easy and profitable to play this policy blunder...
