I hope the organizers can update the details of everyday progress. There are
a lot of us wanting to help, but we want our efforts to be organized and
useful.

I see that everyday there are people coming up with ideas, slogans, but
there are not documented and soon forgotten. I hope there's someone
responsible for each part of the event, collecting information, organizing
efforts.
We don't want to be a bunch of headless flies.

So please post each day what has been done, what needs to be done. who's
working on what, and where should ideas/information go to.
You can point out a secretary responsible for updating us.
